My wife and I are partners at Petland Mackenzie Mall in Barueri, Brazil, and visiting Petland Puppies in Frisco was an amazing experience! Josh and his wonderful team welcomed us with incredible hospitality and were extremely helpful throughout our visit. They shared valuable insights and ideas that will definitely help us improve our store back in Brazil. Our dog Akira absolutely loved the gift we received! 🐶❤️ Thank you, Josh, and the entire Petland Puppies team, for making us feel so welcome. We truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality! 🇧🇷❤️🇺🇸

I KNOW I will receive negative feedback for this one . But I do believe a pup is rescued ( and I have done this all kinds of ways!) when bought from a suspected "puppy mill ". We got an amazing healthy pup . We have spent more than this on rescues. It's a personal choice and this time ... I needed her 💕

Cute looking pets. I had some reservations initially about the ethics of visiting somewhere like Petland and about where they source the dogs from but the store was clean and well kept. The puppies were cute, clean and had happy dispositions. We went to look at the puppies and see them in person. The pets sell for around $5,000 to $7,000 usually so we had no intention of buying at that price, nor using credit and paying monthly. It was nonetheless a fair experience. The employees were able to be of service and were knowledgeable about the puppies and their respective breeds. They also seemed to care about the puppies wellbeing and ensured they were taken care of and that their play areas were clean and tidy. The store carried no smell whatsoever, neither the puppies. Altogether, a positive experience at the Petland in Frisco.

It was overall a good experience, they make you feel comfortable experiencing the puppies And do t feel rushed for such a big decision.. Sarah answered all my questions .. ran into a couple slight problems with the health of the puppy but they made sure everything was OK Before I got to bring her home. Very busy place, but cutest puppies to choose from ! I would definitely recommend Petland!

Our experience at Petland Frisco was amazing, and it was all thanks to Aarti. We actually didn’t even plan on getting a puppy that day—we just stopped in to look and learn a little more about the process. As first-time dog owners, we had a lot of questions and weren’t sure what to expect. Aarti’s customer service was exceptional from the very beginning. She took the time to walk us through everything in a way that was clear, patient, and never overwhelming. She explained the entire process step by step and made something that seemed complicated feel very simple and manageable. Her patience and willingness to answer every question we had really stood out. What made the experience even better was how knowledgeable and passionate she is about what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people understand how to properly care for their new pets. She made sure we felt comfortable, confident, and fully informed before making any decisions. Because of Aarti’s guidance and incredible customer service, what started as us just “looking around” turned into us confidently bringing home our new puppy. It’s rare to find someone who is both so professional and so passionate ab
